★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to organize a purchase from here is an ordeal. Incompetent, rude staff who say things like "agar size galat hua, toh pura nuksaan tumhe jhelna padega".
I wanted a saint gobain bathroom mirror and was only met with hostile, disinterested ANS staff members at the other end. I am also taken aback at the way they speak to their customers.
In hindsight, I am glad they spoke to me like that before I made the payment - I got to know the kind of people I am dealing with.
