The home delivery was made in time without hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is basically only for taste and for flat cakes. They don't know how to make customised layer cakes and their service is ugly. No delivery and don't know how a customised cake is made and packed. As soon as you step out of the shop even if it is their mistake in packing they will blame you amd give all the excuses. Overall I will suggest not to go for customised cakes and if you do then be ready to take all the risk for reaching to the venue or else be ready to take their blame as if it is completely your fault.

Strange to know that we don't know how to make customised cakes after making and serving so many cakes.More Strange is to blame us when your 2 people collected the cake properly packed in a box and pics were also shared shared to you of the cake.So if there is this mishandling issue by them ,then kindly blame them for mishandling the cake, not us.The delivery was not promised by us ,so there is no question of no service here.Here it is noted that it's completely a mishandling issue by your men,which you shouldn't any way blame us.No thank you for giving this review.
This is how the customer service is kept in mind. The reply clearly shows that they are least bothered, ignorant, not fit for customer service. Any cake maker will have a basic knowledge of keeping a stand for a two layer cakes, packing in different boxes with good quality packing items and not just a piece of thin cardboard box. No ethics and no respect towards client requirements where the client had already informed and stated twice that the Undri roads are bad so the packing should be done properly keeping this in mind. If the cake situation was this getting it via car then you can imagine what would it have been on bike. They are only good for making flat cakes, pastries and making customer fool by sweet talks. Never the less good I learned from this shop that not to visit and buy from them in future. Thank you and hope you change your way of working towards customers.
