★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The design and architecture and the facilities they are providing is world-class.It's beautiful and high profile design and they are providing gym, swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court and car parking, 24/7 electricity, good maintenance, 24/7 water supply, good environment and all which makes world it class. and the good thing of this apartment is the hospitals are nearby so it's good and it's near to many important areas. So in my opinion if you are thinking to buy flat there then you should go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience with Golden Valley Projects. I have purchase a flat in Golden valley. Now we need some documents for home loan transfer. But no one is responding my queries. Builder Team members behavior is like that. "once the flat is sold out then who are you? I know you" In future I will not recommend anyone to about your services. Really It had very bad decision for me to buy this flat.

Now coming to Complete My Dream.
They Giving Start Possession from 1st Feb 2022 Without O.C and builder also charged maintenance charges with 1 St Feb 2022 without OC it's not possible
but Without O.C I Cant take Possession.
I take possession Without O.C we face lot of issue in future.
So i Request to A Plus Life Space Golden Ville Office Staff Mr. Rupesh
Jadhav & Anita Madam to take Appointment to meet Builder for Discuss some topic & clear issue relate possession without O.C. & In Complete Amenities.
But Mr. Rupesh & his Team Not taking Appointment with Builder to meet me and All Golden Ville Buyers, and also their is Some Staff misbehaving & talking rudely with Flat Buyers.
We Given 1 Letter also to Still not get Revert against that Letter
Dear Golden Ville Office Team it is Humble Request To you please Revert ASAP

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Golden valley is the first project of a plus group where the people are still crying for water ?, as per kbmc they have already informed builder they cannot source water there but still builder started his project now the people get hardly 10mins of water luck by chance more over the amenities he promised are not 100% fullfilled plz dont go for any of the a plus projects as they are cheaters
