The lady name kiran has told the procudure and loan details we have booked the room and at time of booking amount she told that if u want to cancel the procedure we ill refund it on the spot we are canceling the process bcoz of my medical issues but they are not entertaining us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Distance from station is far away. Not recommended for working people. Staff who show flats are very dull, unprofessional. Pick up and drop facility is very poor. We did not get drop facility on time as many people who stay in vishnu vatika take ride for free to badlapur station. Very poor responce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic! It's a scam. Worst decision ever made of investing in this project. When they have to sell the flats they will be super polite and nice to you and call you hundreds of time but once the flat is sold, you just become a flat number for them. They will not communicate anything and put their hands up. Everyone is unprofessional including Kishan Rathore and Kiran. All big fake promises and big talks of amenities, pool etc etc, 5 years since I invested and no amenities ready yet. Bogus promises. Project work was in poor speed since the begining, they got the perfect opportunity of blaming everything on pandemic. Crass people.
