★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good project. Sales staff was good. But place is not having shops, or anything else at minimum distance. You hv to 10 min walk for buy anything. Transit not available frequently. Very long distance from badlapur station. Building was good. Beautiful. Rooms are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am also an genuine costumer.date of possession change at every visit. Initially we were commited for possession in March 2020.latestst I visited in October 2020 again shivshakti greens commitment is "we will 100% possession in Feb -march 2021."
but I am not satisfied with the progress of the ? .
- external paint all over balance only primer applied And validity of primer paint is only 2months after application on surface .
- external hoist area blockwork and plaster balance.
- Plumbing water line , sewer line down take work totally balance
- flooring work just started and only progressive on 2 floor out of 13
- Terrace water proofing ,over head tank work balance
- terrace water line connection looping work pending all over
- C.P. , sanitary fittings All-over balance
-Passage Flooring not complete
-staircase flooring, painting incomplete.
- no least 1 lift in working.
-Flat inside gypsum plastering balance
-Internal painting not started yet.
-Ground floor infra development in progress but very slowly
- Ground floor civil work pending
- every flat, commun area electric wiring balance
- Commun area development balance

There are many differences in sample flat and the real flat which r given to the customer
The kitchen tiles and the toilet tiles are different from sample flat, flooring is not completed as well as walls and ceiling r not plaster, one of the most important work the lift is not completed too
Nearby there r no shops and restaurants
Rating will differ after whole year complition
