★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every thing is good at its place. But the person who is thinking to be a tenant in this society should avoid n visit other societ. As dey hv lots of restriction n a stupid observation. A huge club house also the owner of flat pay the Maitainance but dry don't allow tenant's to use club house dis is so pathetic the chairman n secretary of d society r like hell. Dey juss wanna react rather knwng d fact.all is investors has invested purchased a flat n rented out n all tenants r facing prbm. So plzz avoid to be a tenant in dis society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful and clean society with great amenities. Beautiful and strong construction at affordable rates in the heart of Badlapur. The views are amazing and as a resident I personally vouch for the place. Although the water connection is not available even 1.5 years after possession. The builder doesn't respond to the queries and there are lot of ongoing issues because of poor management on part of Arihant Superstructures Pvt Ltd. The local government body is not bothered as the number of votes are too few.****Update 26th Apr 2022 - It has been 6 years and there is no water connection yet. The pop has fallen off from ceilings in almost 300 flats and in some building entrances as well. The builder is not bothered and continues construction by bringing in daily tankers for constructions as no water connection available from local body.

Never fall prey to their offers Arihant does not fulfill their promises.
Offers are fake and when it comes to fulfilling the promise the management just says we are working on it
For me it's been 1 year I am following up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the badlapur site. Good build quality, good design and details. Efficient services and the amenities are ready and in use. Considering location, built and budget there are other good options too. If arihant works better on their costing, it is one of the best places to consider.
