★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got covid19 vaccine first dose on 12 March 2021 , but did not receive SMS about vaccination . They do not care about provisional certificate of first dose . On Cowin.gov.in , it shows I need to schedule appointment for first dose.
I need SMS or provisional certificate of first dose given to me.
To whom I should complain ?
This facility is very dirty , I had to use toilet but it was very dirty beyond your imagination . I should have taken photo & posted here.
They say it is health center .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a review on such a hospital would be not quite satisfactory , this is based on the recent incident happened on the unbothered staff here ...I went for TT injection and for that asked for help from one of the clerks , received an answer on as to come at 4:00 p.m. while i visited at 3 p.m. I even requested to lend me a case paper for the checkup and they let me ask the doctor by then...when asked to doctor as to why they not cooperating , they said to come at 4 , the whole hospital was empty and here they weren't ready to atleast stand and listen to the concern.
I argued on the non displayed instructions on the timing schedules and they blamed that on higher management... Extremely disappointed on the way they treat the patients or trespassers..Need an improvement on the decorum !.
