★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Building looks good from exterior. But quality of construction is pathetic.
No car parking available (Car parking to sale alloted is of Tenant (Redevelopment) Building). It does not seem to be build as per fire safety compliance, refuge floor is not accessible by fire trucks. Leakages in slabs and external walls in some of the flats right from start.
Do not go by the positive reviews given by people they are all paid promotions.
The builder has not paid MCGM taxes either.
