some ups and downs in project completion,still works going on.
good quality work,ample space,ample water supply are the main aspects of phase III provied by the builder.
meetings between builder & residents of phase III are always successful in terms of work completion.
we waiting for occupation certificates of some wings,builder promised to provides the same.
promised aminities works is in progress.

and builder is running away, from registering sale deed, because of registration charges, stamp duty, and GST, which is part of contract on letter of allotment.. after getting 100 percent payment...
The Project is Siddhi City, Badlapur..
They are demanding more money, verbally only....
let Public be cautious, before ...????
