★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super irresponsible staff, no call answer at all!! Visit physically for complaint but they still dont care, they were all drunk when I went tto their Mahipalpur center, except UncleJi!
Worst service ever! Promised maximum 10days but it's been 14days but nothing heard from them! Even their manager didn't care about my concern!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked them on 16th of July. (Mr.Amit)The owner committed that our consignment will reach in 7 to 10 days to Imphal Manipur.
Now the main story start
On 24th I got a call that our consignment have reached Imphal. I thanked them but due to lockdown our staff was unable to pick our stuff.
Now from 1st of August our staff is trying to collect our packets but they said lockdown lockdown.
On 3rd their Imphal staff said we have no consignment in this name.
Trying to search for our consignment the staff named Sachin said our consignment is in Guwahati and he will be sending it by air to Imphal on 3rd only.
Waited till 4th nothing happened.
On 5th I personally visited their office in Mahipalpur from Dehradun. Our packets were at their office only. I got socked but what to say. He said flight are not taking this size so I said make small packets from these two packets and gave 300 rupees for extra packing.
Now today is 6th of August and I am still waiting for their call.Now their contact number is switched off.
Really pathetic really bad. These people do not understand others problems. Really bad.
