★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. They outsource the consignment to a 3rd party service provider. My bike was damaged and dented very badly. Packing was not good. Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I coukd them 0 rating, I would. Let me narrate my own experience here. I wanted to send my Activa from Gurgaon to Kanpur. Got in touch with Mr. Tiwari and Mr. Dalbir. Upon getting a good quote, I decided to drive it to their warehouse instead of them offering to pick it up from my home which is approx 25 kms away from my residence in Gurgaon. Also, as per the whatsaWh images of packing they sent on my number, I thought it would be a good experience from them. But, for my satidsatisfa, I wanted to get it packed in front of my eyes so that it is done as per expectations. However, when they were done packing, I noticed that the had left side lowers, front mudgamud as well as number plate uncovered. When I showed them the images they sent and asked them to compare as to why they didn't pack it as per images, they said that it's a small distance and nothing will happen. But, they simply refused to add more stuff for better packing. I tried explaining them but, it got tense to an extent that I asked them that I would take my scooty back and not send via them. To my horror, they were more interested in satisfying their ego rather than resolving it. I finally got it unpacked even after getting it billed. They kept 500 from my total money for packing and didn't click an eye before unpacking it. Such a horrendous service. Will you ever trust this packer. Me never.
