I shifted my household and car through them from GURGAON.
NEVER TRUST THE OWNER.
NEVER SHIFT CAR BY THEM.
They loaded my car 10days after they took it. Total 17 days he took. Meanwhile they PARTIED IN my car. It was full of CIGARETTE ASH, EMPTY BOTTLES, 2 BIG NAILS WITH A PUNCTURED TYRE, broken my dashboard Ganesh idol, Broken AC VENT, DENTS IN BUMPER - all BEFORE loading it on the trailer.I had photos, video, written proof on their receipt (NO DENT) and even a tracker in my car when they took it, and when they loaded to prove.They DROVE MY CAR ALMOST 200km before loading it. I HAD TO PAY MORE FOR PETROL TO GET MY CAR FROM TRAILOR TO MY LOACATION since they had emptied it for their PARTY IN MY CAR. After all this MR AJAY had the guts to ask me for full payment..after telling all this he spared 1000/- for all damage which doesn’t even cover 10% my car repairing cost now. I gave as I wanted to get rid of his constant calling for money.
MY CAR IS STILL IN SERIVICING GOD KNOWS HOW MUCH IT WILL COST. But I WARN YOU, Go for a more trusted name. DONT TRUST MR AJAY, A TRANS GURGAON. You will be treated rudely if you complain.
For household items they were out of packing material and tape after packing 70% items. Packed the rest using just wrap and rope. NO TAPE! No wrap!
They say TRIPLE LAYER BUT ONLY DO 2 LAYERS THAT TOO AFTER ASKING THEM, pleading them.
Three layers for hardly 1-2 items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So i booked this packer on the basis of good reviews on google. But it turned out most of the negative reviews for this company are being filtered out of posting, i dont know how but it happened with my last review, for which I’m-writing it again. So They charged hefty amounts for a shifting from gurugram to Chhattisgarh. There were many blunders while shifting. Let me mention these out.
1. They ensured us of tripple layer packing, which was the biggest lie. While packing they packed most of the items in double layer, and explained us that 2 layers are sufficient for protection, 3rd is not required. “ if thats the scenario then why did you charged us for 3 layer packing?”.
2. They were lack of packing materials, as after 70% of packing they were exhausted off the lamination sheath and packing tape. So they packed rest of the 30% of our household items erratically.
3. I also booked my car with them, which was promised to be delivered by max 8-10 days to Raipur. But only after 7th day of taking away our car they loaded it for delivery and which was delivered to us on 17th day.
In this while i dont know why, but my car had traveled total 187 km in gurugram only which luckily i tracked as tracker was inbuilt in our car.
Finally they delivered our car with punctured back tyre, broken ac vent, broken dashboard ganesh idol and with lots of cigarettes buds and empty cold drinks bottles inside of the car, which showed they might have great time partying inside my car.
4. Talking about the owner of the company Mr Ajay, you just can not ask questions about status of delivery to this guy, as he will misbehave with you , talk rudely to you and might even abuse you. He is one of the most unprofessional guy you will ever find in this business.
Conclusion: In last 3 years i had shifted my households 4 times, and never have I encountered such an unprofessional packers and movers. I dont know about the authenticity of other packers, but think twice and be doubly sure before booking with any such packers.

After doing Completed payment , they will claim for extra charges and pressure you to pay them.
After explaining also all the work, they would Start saying that you didn't tell us and this would be extra charge.
When you don't agree with them, start to threaten you to make the payment.
Highly not recommended.
