★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont send or recieve courier from on dot courier service as their sevice is very poor... no one will reply to your call or if they did then they will not treat you as a customer, they have delivered an courier sent by my cousins to someone else and when I called the numbers given either they are switched off or invalid numbers...its been 1-2 hours on the phone but still there is no solution. The executive in the gurgaon centre is very poor as she talked to me and asked me text the details but now when i am trying to reach them then she is either rejecting call or not picking the call.Just because of God i got one executive(Piyush) he is an amazing guy but in some other region but still he has patience and is trying to help me till now whereas the executive in gurgaon is not even trying to help me out of this thing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst courier. They have their own non service zones . The parcel would reach their hub office and they would not even notify the customer. The parcel is finally sent back to the source location. Just avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst ever courier service. Actually there should be negative stars grading. They will receive 5 negative stars. They won’t bother whether they r supposed to deliver a courier or not. All their work is outsourced. Most of their contact numbers r wrong. For a courier from Panchkula to Gurgaon, they took 5 days. And their delivery personal said he will deliver after 2 days, as - “ladka aaj to busy hai. 2 din baad kar payega “. This is my personal experience while receiving from their dispatch outlet near GMD galeria. Finally I got it myself. On top of that even if the address is written clearly, all their call receiving persons will tell- sir what’s your address, as if they have received something without any address at all: Worst courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional courier service. All of their customer care numbers are either incorrect or out of service. A package from Alwar RJ to Gurgaon HR took 5 days to arrive and even after arriving they didn't deliver it for two days. I had to go to the warehouse myself to collect it and they it was just sitting in a bag somewhere. Pathetic services.
