★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took their services and they offered a contract of one year having 3 service and after taking contract and one service, they were non responsive to my complaint within 1 months Secondly they have neither provided yet the second service due not refunding money Pathetic service, looking next for consumer complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most 3rd class service provided by A1 Pest Control Services. 3 months back i took a service from them from a person named Lakshman. They came and done general pest control and charged a good amount. Later they said that this has a 3 months contract and within 3months whatever happens they are going to provide a free service. Within 2months facing the same issue again and now when i am calling them they are either not responding to the phone calls or trying to divert it. Finally they are saying that since the date when the service was taken is almost near to 3 months so they cant provide service. They are saying ten days before we need to lodge a compalint before expiry and now they cant do anything. Pathetic service provided and now horrible customer service.
