★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop to buy hardware, glass and plywood items. Almost any type of household hardware stuffs are sold here. Rates are quiet reasonable compared to other similar shops in this area. Items are well showcased and organised in a good manner. Staffs are also good and very cooperative.

I had been there for one of my weekend DIY projects. The good part is the patience with which the owner takes time to explain and provides alternate ideas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Veneer 3 sheets. one was different from the others in shade. Had to scrap it. For Ply order, had to pay double freight to multiple deliveries as they refused to coordinate with another vehicle coming from their location.
Sent Glass sheets for cutting/polishing with instructions to call once ready. Mr Patel never called back. Upon asking in person, I was informed that they keep glass only for a week. anything after that is put in scrap. No responsibility accepted for any work. All at buyer's risk. Was proud enough to tell that they kept another customers glass sheets outside building due to delay in pickup and they were not responsible for breakage that happened. It's Policy with them. Better suppliers available over them.
