★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy quoted 92k for painting, floor polishing, plumbing and electrical work.
Ended up raising an invoice for Rs.1,05,000/- citing lame reasons.
He asked me to remit payment for the final invoice before completion of work stating that he is not unable to pay wages to his labor and he has pledged his wife's jewels to make ends meet.
I remitted full payment on humanitarian grounds and then he disappeared without completing the work.
Have taken legal recourse now.
Pls avoid him and his so called company.
