★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this after looking for Kaizen Infoserve which is the service centre for multiple brands like Corsair, Mercury etc. On Kaizen's website it's written something like Savita IT but its name in real is AAA UPS Enterprise. I had a tough time locating this one.
Had a good experience overally. However the service time was longer than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ APC ups is serviced here mainly but they also provide UPSes of other brand on demand. Very good professionals and cooperative (Esp. Rojalin ma'am). The shop is a bit confusing in terms of location but other than that, everything fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ APC brand authorized sales and service point in Bhubaneswar. The service center is not located in the main market. A bit difficult to find the address. Google map is also incorrect. Actual plot No is A-144. Google "Maternity Care Hospital - Best Women Speciality Hospital", which is A-142. You will find the service center nearby.
