★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were good and courteous.. Actually my laptop screen had a blurry display... they investigated and said its a hardware problem. I didn't repair my laptop returned home and switched it on after a week. To my surprise the screen was like before it had no issue at all. Therefore I conclude that it actually had a software issue. I typically cannot comment on their quality of service. I am giving 3 stars because they failed to identify my problem.
