★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer response is very bad. They don't give respond to every customer. The delayed literally over 1 hour to check the price of some pc components and at the end the sent me back saying we will whatsapp you tommorow. They did not even whatsapp me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality of service and the people here are unprofessional. They simply don't even take into consideration the opinion of consumer. I had given a laptop which had a graphics problem and even though it repeatedly said that I had formatted my laptop 3 times to verify the graphical problem, they still didn't take that into consideration. Only when I threatened them that I am not going to pay formatting charges did they finally took it. There were some other customers who went away just because they were forced make such unprofessional charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going for 10 yrs nd at a reasonable price you can get service. staffs are very good .many times bulu sir don't take service charge also if there is not any big technical issue....where in other service centers you need to pay one fixed amount of charge any way.so this is a very good place for computer service.i advise every one to visit once.
