When told him about this, very arrogant rude reply, "I don't know, call this number, it will connect after 25-30 attempt". No cooperation from staff. NEVER SUGGEST ANY BODY TO TALK SUCH PERSON.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even eligible for minus 5 star. Person sitting over there told to bring certain documents (school bonafide document, address proof and id proof) as the child is more than 5 years.
Whereas the Post Office in the same vicinity asked for only parents Adhaar and birth certificate and the adhaar enrollment is done.
Two person handling issues within a span of 15 mins with different attitude.
Person sitting over there told to call on 1947. The number was "not in service" Kept it on speaker, he also listened to it. Then arrogantly told I don't know. I was polite enough but talked in a rough and arrogant way.
Need to complain about him and also misguiding me.
