★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office opens at 9am. they ask to get token at from 9am but forms distribution done at 10-10.30 then they will ask you to come around 1pm to get ur things done.
This is pathetic system they are following.
Even for mobile number update which is hardly 1minute job for them, u have to invest ur entire day
