★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst update centers. They say it starts from 10:30 but they never start before 11:00. Then slowly they will fill up forms for 10 people(daily they will only take 10 forms) and if you bother to ask what is taking them so long, there response will be like it's your work.. if you don't want to wait you may leave
