★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to give them a single star to write a review but trust me they doen't even deserve that. The website addresses keeps on changing. When new government comes all they care about is replacing the face of a CM over the portal and nothing else changes. I request the developers to get a good template and then integrate the database in their so the users aren't troubled. It's a pain in A.. to find the right link. I had a login earlier on the website which had some basic details and history of the bills and payments but now i don't even have access to the same link.
The sites aren't tested completely and doesn't have compatibilty with various browsers. So in this digital era JVVNL wants us to kill our time, pollute the environment and then go to e-mitra kendras and stand up in lines and then deposit the bills. Seriously? How pathetic.
When will the government officials will pay attention to these kind of services. It's only because their salary gets credited in their accounts by the end of every month. Ask people who fight for their livelyhood. Shame.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services as the billing desk was too busy. This office is also under the JVVNL and I've to wait for about 15 min for a work of 2 min of deposition of bill not because of the rush but because of collector seating over the bill window was such a lethargic person and taking entries from the cabin itself while a long queue is waiting outside. Those familiar with the place know how this man works so directly go into his cabin and get the work done which is unfair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling 'em lazy, unwilling to work and unable to even try solving any consumer grievance would be an understatement and an insult for people who work here (if they at all do).. Pathetic work ethics, I'm out of words. Can't curse them enough to get rid of the frustration this place and officials oops sorry the baabus can create for a sane soul to question his/her existence. Dealing with these people and such places make me feel sorry for the state of affairs.
