I ask all of you please do not serve here.
Because some of the staff here are rude & disrespectful, they are treat customers like slave.
Especially 7`th ward number girl, she does not know how to speak / respect for customers.
A women should not have this kind of arrogance...!!
Please remove uneducated staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless center with zero processing knowledge. Twice my update for address request got rejected because of some foolish people . They are not aware of the process. Biometric needs both retina scan and finger prints but they say any one of it will suffice... And hence the rejection after a long wait of a month... Soo irritated and left with no choice but to reapply.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to updated my daughter's biometric today .... it was a very fast process... we spent less then 20mins inside the Kendra(this was without a prior appointment...) filling of form to updating biometric everything done with in 20mins... most efficient service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived to the line of applicants filling the application forms halfway leading to the entrance. The wait can be a while, but there are a lot of people here.
The process is well defined and as long as you get here early enough the complete process is a breeze & quick. The representatives/ staff at this office are knowledgeable, effienct & friendly.
Highly recommend this location for any corrections or updation in relation to aadhaar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30 minutes!! Yup that's all it took me to update my mobile number on a busy Saturday afternoon...
I definitely recommend this Seva Kendra if you are looking for an update in your Aadhaar card.
Some how I couldn't schedule an appointment online and dared to visit. Not surprised to see a big queue at the entrance, checked with security for entry. Fortunately there was a QR code pasted at the entrance wall, I scannned and booked my slot immediately for the next available session(slot was available in next 30 min). Showed the booking to security and he allowed me inside. (you don't have to wait in Q if you have appointment) . Once you are inside just let the guy at 1st counter know your purpose of visit and ur details will be filled in an application and you have to go to next counter for the payment.
Wait for your turn, and you will be called to a final counter where you get the update done.
That's it, your work is done in 1 visit.
PS: please check the documents required for the update you want in aadhar website and carry it for a hassle free experience.
