★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious government office with typical government services offered here. As far as facilities like seating, etc. is concerned, it is quite spacious. My work was done in a professional manner without any expectation of bribe. However, few staff there dont mind indirectly asking for tips which I dont give.

Parking- you have space for two wheeler parking, but avoid getting your four wheeler. Finding parking place will be a task.
Road conditions- decent. Doesn't have pot holes for now :)
Office staff- Seemed friendly and active.
Sad about- All the counter tags were in Kannada. So couldn't figure out what counter is for what and had to depend on others to translate.
If a second language (English) can be added, things will become easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub Registrar's Office at Basavanagudi, though it is very opposite to Roti Ghar(Hotel) we cannot immediately find the place since the building is almost covered with trees and local vendor(markets). The office is at the first floor, the staffs here are quite friendly and communicate well. However, as usual bride works most of the time unless unitl you have your own time to make all follow ups. Parking is one headache since its busiest area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Height of corruption. Just to register a DTD, it took full day. People and agents are openly bribing and office is full of agents. The office doesn't seem to have cc tv cameras.
But there are people who are working hard also (like computer operators) without any breaks which is really appreciable.
Looks like work load is too high for all the staffs but that should not be an excuse for this level of corruption.
