★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here there is no systematic. They will not help the customers and it's very useless, worst retailer shop Balaji collection Gandhi bajar basavanagudi. No one will inform that no exchange or no refund when we are purchasing or billing. Here there is 3 managers 2 managers are very rude and disrespectful persons especially 2nd floor manager names I don't no but really they are very rude with customers when we are asking any help. Pls don't choose this company for purchasing. They are cheating the customers.

1.Too pricy
2. Bad quality
3. You need to carry your own "covers", they won't even give plastic covers. If asked, they will respond rudely.
4. Security person n staff are tooooooooo rude. They act as if they are giving away stuff for free.
5. Billing takes more time than shopping.
