★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd gone for an address and phone number update. It took me three visits to get my card, but the process was very smooth. The first visit was for appointment where the staff gave information regarding documents required and booked an appointment for me. On the day of the appointment, i was there at 9.30 and i was done by 11, which is pretty quick for a government agency. You can collect the Aadhaar card within 10 days, which is given in 20 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cooperative staff. Need to improve the facilities like keeping water for visitors and neat environment. I guess the office room should be little big. The waiting for appointment is too late like two months. If they increase the staff , definitely it'll cut down the waiting period. Overall I have good experience.

Have linked my mobile number to aadhar at Panjim (HDFC Bank 18th june road) which hardly took 2 working days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in afternoon to update our phone numbers but the center was closed due to covid.
We went the next day at around 11 am and it was open.
The staff is really good and gave us the information we wanted and we did our updation within 2 mins and we were out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given a 4 ★ but for its location in the 2nd floor without a lift. A senior citizen with some difficulty would not be able to climb this place. Moreover, I did not see any washroom or drinking water provision.
Staff works professionally and the manager is helpful.
There is no special queue for senior citizens or for ladies.
Luckily for me, their connectivity to the server was working, otherwise, that is another nuisance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic condition of Aadhaar Card office in Porvorim. All the stairs leading to the office on 2nd Floor are wet and water dripping from the ceiling. The path way on the 2nd floor is not swept and has water puddle and stink all over. Anyone can slip n fall specially the senior citizens. They have to climb 2 floors and on top of it the danger of slipping on the stairs. The stagnant rain water on the floor and around could lead to infestation of mosquitoes. Kindly shift this office from the current pathetic place to elsewhere.???
