★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am in Kolkata for few days so i called up to enquire about the aadhar card phone number update and the person on call asked me to drop a text in whatsapp. I did not get any reply on whatsapp so i called back again to which the person was so so rude,he literally shouted on me saying why i called again. This is the way you speak to a customer? Pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt refund balance to customer who forget to took it , at first owner refuse to admit it. after long queue of waiting, verification took place by checking cctv infront of public. Than,owner admits self mistake which caused me to stand straight for three hour in a hot summer which leads to delay like additionall harrasment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is disgusting. The person will just book the appointment which any computer literate can do. The main task like biometric needs to be done in Bank or post office which is the nearest Aadhar center.
The person is not willing to cooperate and don't want to disclose which bank the appointment will be booked before getting his fees so that people cannot directly go to the bank and do it themselves.
The behavior of the person is rude. He may think himself as Govt official but actually it's a general cyber kind of center where he just does the online form fill up which anyone can do with a laptop or desktop even in mobile wIth internet connection in UIDAI website.
