The queue is not following the numberised token. Instead u keep switchin chairs. Nobody will advise or u have any information displayed on thats how its done.
Two star is cos the guy at the window proactively asked if i had a scanned copy and helped me fill the form and then i had time to find a copy of it.
Overall poor experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go before 5 as they shut down at that time! Official time is at 6 but still.We were asked to go back after asking many questions as they shut down the laptop.
Very rude and not helpful at all if you have any difficulty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't issue new Aadhar cards here, they only update existing Aadhar cards. Changes like name, age, address, mobile number etc can be changed if you have the proper original documents to verify. The aadhar card holder need to be present as there will be a biometric check.
Their office timings is 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday closed. Ideally try to go early, as the queue is not that long and I believe they accept only 50 people per day. Also they have break timings and there is no work done during the break hours.
You have to pay your fee at the information window, where they will provide you the necessary form. You can also take a token at the same window for next days appointment. You have to take the given form and stand in the queue for the desk where the changes are made.
It takes more than 15 mins for one individual to complete their process.
When I had gone there to change my mobile number, there was only one man at the information window and one lady for the data entry. I was probably 8th in the queue, it took me 1.5 hours to get my work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff Shibi. Her attitude is non bearable. No respect for anyone not even to her seniors. I would request the authorities to remove this kind of people from work because she don't respect her own work.
She doesn't have any courtesy and have no ethic. Her lunch time starts at 2 and ends after 3.
Many people have complained about her but her attitude is not changing.
Other staffs are good but because of her the image of centre is getting so low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very helpful and understanding staff available in adhar center, I really Appreciate with good and honest behavior of staff.
office timing is from morning 08.00 am to 06.00 pm and lunch timing from 1.30 to 2.00 pm,
they are taking approximate 5 to 10 minutes per person to update their bio metric, when i was reach their approx 15 to 17 persons available in waiting.
