★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. They don't care about time. Official timing is 9.30 they started work by 10.00. When I reached they ask me to wait till 10.00 then as usual there is no one at counter by 10.00. After asking so many questions they said you have to go another counter. Such a wasting of time.

Wat is the Government doing we just cant figure out.
A common citizen slogs his whole life n saves his hard earned money in EPFO, to get such a shabby treatment from this sector at the end of retirement?
Its a disgrace to the Country.All other sectors like The Motor transport, RTO, The roads n flyovers infra, The banking sector, The judiciary, Even the IncomeTax departments have all gathered their boots n are actively working n solving Pending issues in a jiffy after 2014 BJP came to power, but Unfortunately this particular Sector EPFO is still not got up from their Slumber n having such a Lethargic Services. I hope Shree Namoji takes up this sector on a proority n whiplashes each n every top officer in this Offices.
They are not even bothered to pick up citizens calls forget solving their problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EPFO KANDIVALI Organisation services very bad. Entire staff including watchman to customer support are very rude & in capable to give answer to citizen. we have dealing with 1 year but not get solution properly. Frustrate with service & behaviour of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont even deserve single rating. For all transfer or other requests, they keep raising unnecessary questions without applying their mind and then they take weeks and months to close this.
I dont understand who gives them the authority to keep applying arbitrary rules on fund transfers and withdrawals when they should be simply acting as custodians and nothing more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this number, a scamster told he will call back. Got a call who promised pf withdrawl in 24 hrs. But first said that will send a link and to make payment of rs 10 into govt account. When i asked for the name and the reason of making payment first, person started abusing and disconnected. So be careful and dont click on any link. Not sure how our indian govt is allowing all this to happen under their name. People call this number in hope of getting some help, and not be scammed by some idiots. So govt plz wake up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst goverment organisation. They have pathetic service, no one seems to care about your issues or concern. They just want to toss you to the next window or counter. No one to monitor the staff behaviour. If you want to punish your enemy, send him to this office for epf related work. You will spend your entire day trying to figure things out.

Only answer they give, wait till next payment cycle. One of the most inefficient and incompetent people.
Govt should not just penalize such people but at times fire basis their irrelevant culture.
More than 8 times me n my father have visited here but nothing done.
They only have enquiry counters, which as I mentioned are useless and trained to say wait till next time and no other official or authority to complain against these incompetent employees.
I wish I could sue them for being so irresponsible with oldies and their own hard-earned money.
