★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience at this centre yesterday. My Aadhaar update process was done quicker than my anticipation. The staff is very soft~spoken and helpful...and yes, understanding too. I think, the best place to go in Charkop area if you need to get Aadhaar~related services and other document upadates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there this morning, the staff was very unfriendly. The girl behind the desk whom I interacted with, very blatantly told me they aren't doing any aadhar related work at the moment. On asking if and when they'll be doing aadhar updation work she told me probably after the 10-15th of this month so if you're planning on going there before the 10th then it's going to be completely useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since past 4 months I was roaming here & there or was finding some source to change my address, but suddenly on google this place name came out & went… I guess within 15 min my address change documenting was done for Aadhar Card. People who are are borivali can reach them, this is my personal experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had gone there in August. Applied for 2 aadhar cards (change of address). Completed all the procedures from our side. Received just One aadhar card on time. The other one hasn't yet arrived. Its been 5 months now. No proper response from the staff. The staff is very rude. Its just that they have charged 50 rs for the same and now its not their responsibility. They say its the post who's delaying it or else ask me to check download it. What about the original one?????WASTE OF 50 RS. It would have been better if I had gone to the post office to change my address on the aadhar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience, refused to change mobile phone number by one pretext or other. Firstly was made to sit for 2 hours and then said we don't work on non mumbai aadhaar number and more so as my wife was pregnant was told that we don't take finger print of pregnant women. In fact they were visibly irritated by a North indian visiting them .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not the exact aadhar centre. To make an appoint ment u have to come early only 60 nos. They take. Token resgitration starts at 9.30. Inside office they take batch of 7 ppl. Upto 30-40 ppls in the morning sessios that will be from 9.30 to 2pm. 2pm - 3pm lunch n rest of the batch later. They will provide u the form and den u have to go to the PF office nearby for further procedure.
