Taste - Mediocre at best, don't know what the hype is about
Wait time - 30+ minutes
Staff - Very courteous, polite
Value for money - Absolutely NOT.
Not when you're in Esplanade, Kolkata and there's literally 1000+ places serving better meals than this for 1/10th of the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peerless Inn is a sought after property in Esplanade area and Aaheli is their gorgeous dining space. From MANGSHO DIYE CHOLAR DAAL, to GONDHORAJ MUTTON and CHINGRI MALAI, you can indulge in very popular Bengali dish.
The Grand Pujor Mahabhoj showcases some of the rare and lesser-known recipes like TIL MOCHAR LOTIKA, CHITOL ER DHOKA, DHUMROGONDHI ILISH from the heartlands of Bengal.
Dig into the ILISH CHOP, CHINGRI SHORSHE PALONG, BHETKIR MOUTTHA among others to kick off the festivities.
The massive spread on offer (NON VEG/VEG)and the BHURIBHOJ THALI is here is endless. Sweets like CHOCOLATE MOUSSE SANDESH and MISHTI DOI round the meal off perfectly.

Bengali food, bengali ambiance…. The cuisines are superb… absolutely pure and quality ambience everything was 10/10 … you can take beautiful photos too… during durgapuja you would find thali… thats absolutely pure bliss

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The famous restaurant for Authentic Bengali food. The thali is gigantic . I guess , one normal person can't finish this by own. Foods are okayish and over-priced. Non-veg thali cost us Rs. 2499+GST per head. The pieces of hilsha , prawn and mutton were not up to the mark. Hilsha pieces were not tasty , mutton was full of fat , prawn seemed to be frozen for many days. Veg items are also average. Bengali moms make better and tastier shukto , posto than these . In 'jhinge posto', we could not find enough 'posto' ? . It was like ' jhinge alu r torkari'.

Before entering into this prestigious hotel, the staff will check your body temperature, sanitize your belongings..
We ordered Thali meal here..
Food is not that good not that bad..
But for that quality of food prices are very high.. Not That satisfied with the food quality..
