★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very old restaurant in the heart of Kolkata, known for the authenticity of the food. A nice place to have a refreshment after a hectic shopping routine in new Market. Absolutely loved the place the staffs are also decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is one of the oldest dining places at Esplanade, the price is very low compared to other restuarants in this area, however the taste is simply awesome, and the quantity is too good, make sure you can eat a lot while you are visiting this restaurant, once done with the food, try ice cream just outside the gate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the very old eateries of Kolkata situated just beside Grand Hotel at the corner . They serve some really delicious foods though can't say about all the items as I haven't tried all , their Kabiraji , Moghlai Paratha , Mutton Kosha & Pudding are just too good .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is superb. In the midst of New Market, after shopping it's one of the best places to fill your tummy. Clean place and varied menu especially non-veg. They only have cash payment now. This may be a let down for lots, but there's no compromise in food quality.
