★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class Service. I have bought a black messenger bag and used it for 2 years. All the chain got damaged during these period. I sent it to fix it's chain. They kept delaying the delivery. After close to six month, it returned the bag to me without any repair. After I got home I found that My lock mechanism of the bag is totally damaged, which was perfect When I gave the bag to them for service. No more buying or servicing from there third grade stores.
