2 incidents- happened with me 1st one i was with my entire family on the trip to Kumbalgarh and rented a self drive car from here for which the sterring got locked more than 100 plus times on the way at a busy highway which was hell lot of risky, by gods grace the trip ended safely. 2nd incident i booked self drive Eartiga for a trip with family , journey date 14th Dec and i was asked to collect the car on 13th night after 10:30 i rchd their office nd the promised car was't available, therefore they asked me to change he car on last min with a higher rental.Which inturn was excedding my budget for the trip. I was left with no option but to go according to their will #false commitment#pathetic customer service#do not trust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I take Scoty on rent for a month but seriusly they dont have vehicle infact how they arranging I dont know no , all vehicle conditions are poor infact mr karan is not taking call after they recived payment. Guys pls dont deal with them super poor management you will stuck infact I am going in police station for there complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had rented an activa. They kept me waiting for 30 minutes. Later, when I got my activa, the condition was poor. I fuelled it, but after covering 5 kilometres, the battery was low and headlight was not working. Even they didnt have a courtesy to call back after me calling them for 10 times. Later, I only went back to shop and returned it. They didn't even gave money for the fuelling, and didn't even say sorry. Such a bad experience. I request people to think twice before taking their services.

They will give you undermaintained vehicles which will not even run for long and you have to bear those expenses.
Please go for some other travels!
