★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with them. We had booked ticket from Ahmadabad to Surat and the time given to us was incorrect. They did not take the ownership that it was their mistake to give us wrong information as obviously we follow the instruction on what was on the ticket. The lady was extremely rude when i called her- instead of apologizing she said that not our problem!! I could not believe that. They ripped us off. Horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
