★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organized tour by Plan Banao. I have only one suggestion to give; the hotel selected should have basic facilities. Leave apart everything, there was not a proper first-aid kit available at the hotel. Overall, had a great time. Keep up the good work. Aksar PLAN BANAO ghumne ka aur PLAN BANAO k sath jao ghumne! All the best God bless! :)

The team is highly responsive and helps out at the destination. All the scenarios were well tackled by Raj & his team. The best part is that we can pay online to Plan Banao and din't have to follow up to get my travel vouchers :)

The age group being 55+, we were really cautious about their safety yet thrilled with an idea of them enjoying their much needed 'me time', and therefore of course our demands and expectations with Plan Banao team were sky high. But Voila, they not only met our expectations , but also surpassed it with their superb customer service. They were constantly in touch with my mother and the service providers at Goa to ensure the 'fairyland' trip of my mother and her friends go unhindered. When my mother's train was delayed, Plan Banao team took notice of it and proactively rescheduled the city tours, to make sure they don't miss out on any fun stuff. That too before we even thought of making such request! Thanks boss, for this, you got us on your customer list for life!
