★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC is not working in somnath vapi bus from bharuch… and they have no proper answer for that.. we r booking AC bus for cool journey and they give us answer that AC is not working… very very worst experience for me and also other passenger… they said alternator is not working… ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience in this very hot summer season.... i was booked bus ticket from Jamnagar to Vadodara in AC sleeper Bus, bus schedule on 02.05.2022 07.20 am. I am booking AC bus for cool journey but AC not working properly and also hot air and smok partical come out from side wall of Sheet, complained many time to driver and call head office of PTT for resolve AC problem, but they have not proper answer for that.
...no other arrangements done....
Dont travel in this bus...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office is neat and clean. The staffs are gentle often. However, the bus service is supper bad. You cannot travel without a wait time of 2 - 3 hours difference from time of orginal ticket time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is oky.. but not as much as they explain, i had booking for volvo at that day nd when our bus was come we saw it's normal AC travel bus. We also said about it to their staff members but no one solved our problem nd in d end we had no other choice for reached our destination.

1. It seems they think they are the only ones who provide service and are pioneers, very rude and dosent care about customers services, customers question and etc..
2. Highly priced with zero value added services
3. AC never works in so called air conditioning buses.
4. Cleaner / driver helper is rude and thinks he is the owner of the bus. Says in hindi ek seat ka paisa dia hai pura ac ka nahi. And so on.
5. Never starts on time and reaches on time. More interested in taking passengers from destination and on the way ...
6. Seat quality and hygiene is worst.. no comfort at all. Govt ST bus is more better than this. No volvo feeling.
7. Over all services is not good and attitude / behavior is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, they update you about cancellation just an hour ago and they declare it happily and it is not their responsibility to find replacement for you. the reason for cancellation is online booking. If you want to travel give them cash- you wont face cancelation. if paid online get ready for last moment cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very reliable service with reasonable price. Apart from normal bus services they are offering parcel service so you can send the small to medium size cargo promptly cost effectively. Their Bus have the Wi-Fi services but sometimes it doesn't work properly apart from that everything is good.
