They did not replace the defective piece. Finally I got machine changed from outside. Would not recommend if you need service afterwards. Not professional at all.

He treat with customers like he is giving goods them free of cost and he is soo rude. They don't know how to talk to customer. Once the good sold, they behave very rudely. Trying to make fool out of potential customers. Owner charging higher price as compare to market and also product is not genuine. Horrendous experience! I had feel so embarrassing. will ask people not to come here at all! Don't buy anything from here. Not recommended. Higher prices. Poor service. Very rude behaviour!

The helper of this shop may be completely nonsense. This shop owner has a bad policy.If by mistake you have bought the item from this shop, then that item is equally defective and you would have taken this item to your home by mistake.If you go to this shop again, the owner will tell you that my policy is neither I will exchange, nor will I take it back and you will not get anything on the replacement of that item from that shop.I have a lot request please change this gift, I want to buy another gift again by giving extra money. The shop owner may have been too arrogant . I had to give that gift at a special moment, but the money will be spent in this gift. Owner can't see my emotions with this gift. My advice is,,,,, if you delight a customer, he generates 10 more customer extras. One dissatisfied customer reduces to 10 satisfied customers.
