★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought many toys, variety is good. But dealing is not satisfactory. They should make stand a person with happy face on the front counter. All the workers are good, except one person, who don't know the meaning of smile. He was very rude with the costumers as well as their workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is one of the most customer unfriendly and unprofessional shop that I have ever come across. I bought a sipper for my toddler son 2 days back and before giving it to my son for use, washed it with soap and water as usual. It was then I found that water was leaking from the bottom of the sipper. I took it to the shop for replacement. Firstly, the person at the cash counter told me to go to the first floor from where I had taken it, and there kept me waiting for 10 min. When I inquired whether it was because that I had come for replacement for which I was kept waiting, I was again told to go downstairs. Again at the cash counter they acted very unprofessionally and refused to listen to anything. I kept the damaged item there and came back without any replacement or refund. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING CLOSE TO THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP.

They have huge collection and variety.The best part is they have huge staff so it is easy to find what you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they are rude, unprofessional and fraud. i bought a stroller for my first child so i didn't know exactly how to use it - about the locks n joints it has. the shopkeeper showed it to me n i brought it home. the same day i found that it was not having 3 screws that were required to make it in sitting position. and i made a mistake that i had thrown the bill already. i called them n told about it, he said you can come we'll see it. i went at the shop 5 days later and they said you haven't purchased it from us as we never had this model of stroller at our shop! that was really shocking. he said take it to chd 22 sector to a particular shop they mentioned to get it repaired. i took it to a cycle mechanic at sector 9 pkl itself and got repaired :D
they are really big cheaters.
