★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service given by this store... their salesman lure the customers in their lucrative talks nd offers and then doesnt full fill their promises. i bought a water purifier on 28 april, 2022 and it has not been installed till date.. no body is bothered in dealing the customer... no body picks up the phone

No store manager present today, nor the team lead. We kept on waiting for the sales person for more than 20 min, but non of the sales person bothered to ask us our requirement. Purely govt oriented mind set of the sales person who so ever are employed.
Though Ambanis store ,but I don't think my views will matter to others.
Will never recommend to anyone even to do window shopping, mere time wastage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went this store yesterday not at all friendly staff they all were busy in their own self we stood there for about almost half and hour no body came to attend us then we were about to go and then a madam came she attended us only that girl was seems serious about her work rest were taking customers lightly but here I wanna appreciate that girl she invest her enough time to dealing with us we found that girl very polite very well mannered and professional atleast she came to us and asked us what we are looking for so here I am giving here 5 star rating only for that white shirt girl but also feeling poor for others behaviour reliance should work on this if they want to build a good relationship with their customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wide range of products but the sale process is very tedious and customer unfriendly. The after-sales / installation team is highly incompetent and lack even the basic skills, apart from having absolutely zero care for the damage they do to the installation area / wall. Had to resort to re-installation of the air conditioner by a separate professional after a completely blotched - up installation by their team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services ......nobody is attending there,waited for almost 1 hour standing and waiting......hated there services.....they will make you stand for hours and after much patience also ultimately you have to backout..... pathetic services and staff is just dumb and arrogant

Too crowded on Dhanteras and Diwali. It was hard to get the information of products from the staff as they were too busy. Still managed to purchase an blue tooth speaker at half the prize. Amazing offers by reliance digital. Flat 10% off on HDFC and Citi Bank Cards. Due to Covid guidelines, good precaution is taken by the store. If you don't have any mask ask the store guards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all senior citizen friendly.Need to climb over 20 Steps to reach the AC, Fridge, washing machine and other household electric goods section.
Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable,and good at Sales pitch.
How ever the display Price Tags need to be more accurate.
The items should be Latest model in the Market and not old ones.
