★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not good experience, owner told price 11500 but while billing he added 12500, Owner asked staff to bring cycle which i wanted to see 3 times they brought wrong model, you need to have 1-2 Hrs t choose as staff is too busy in work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They lie and do not help. I asked if they had a spare part of ride-on car by showing pic on whatsapp and they said yes, when I visited, they said they don't have it. I also asked them to exchange batteries (purchased a week back from them) with something else as they don't have an essential part which is required but they first denied and offered only half the money.
Pathetic service.
Old batteries were kept with them when i bought new batteries from them but it turned out that the charger was the problem which i bought online later as they did not have it. They did not return the old batteries which were perfectly fine and they did not take back the new batteries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost after 1 year of usage I writng this review again and telling you not to buy any cycle from this store as it lacks quality and service, regarding the cycle all parts keeps breaking again and again as well the handle is also too uncontrollable.The cycle needs a immediate service,in the end the price i brought the cycle i still regret today dont make the the same mistake as i did. :(
