★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12/08- Finally issue resolved post email from firefox customer care, thanks to firefox team and store for accepting issue and solving this out.
06/08- Salesman is good who will make big talks and tall promises to sell you a bicycle... but it comes to real-time service or after sales experience is extremely poor.
I bought a firefox cycle 3 days back wherein from day 1 had some noice while applying breaks, today when I went to store to get that rectify.. 1 the salesman (Mr.Sharma) who was all ears when I went to purchase the bicycle.. today he didn't even bother to greet me.
And worst part their mechanic made all excuses possible expect trying to rectify the issue... he said please apply break with sudden push instead of applying it slowly, keep putting Colin to your breaks this noice will come as your cycle was out in rain water and what not... but did not bother to try rectify the issue.
Worst experience even where the staff behaviour is full of excuses only .. I recommend not to visit this store at all and don't expect service anyways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. After buying a brand new cycle for my kid, I had to go twice to get the repair done in exle, chain and tightening of screws. When I went, there were some more customers who faced similar problem. Bad experience for me, won’t recommend this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just bought a cycle for my eight year old son.. we had gone to purchase a Firefox cycle but found very limited options in Firefox.. Ultimately bought a hero cycle which seemed better.. The staff is very good and have good variety also.. overall a very good experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cycle shore is only reputed (branded ) shop in sector 104 and around. They sell cycles and also do services.
The quality of cycle service is average. The team is skilled specially for cycles with gears.
The dealing of owners is very poor. They don't respect the commitments and will share so many excuses, when asked.
The time taken for cycle service is in days and not hours which is again very negative.
They have service to drop your cycle nearby but it is so delayed with excuses that ultimately you end up going yourself.
The rates are on higher side. For example cycle service with gear is 600 Rs and one brake wire is 200 as of Feb 2022.
It's up to you to decide whether to opt for this type of service.
My take is to avoid if the dealing of owners is of poor quality. If you are stuck and no other option is there, use them with negative in mind.

We visited in the peak hours, still, the staff tried to answer our queries. The owner is cheerful and kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedals and Gears is a nice shop for Cyclohostics in the vicinity. The owners are well behaved, knowledgeable and courteous. They have the good understanding of technical aspects of bicycles. They have a wide range of bicycles available in the store but limited to only two brands as yet. These brands are Firefox and Hero. Price ranges from moderate to high. They are the fixed price shop. Quality of the product is yet to be confirmed after use. Overall it's a good store to visit and get a bike from here.
