★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too overpriced, the discount that they offer is on tests which are overpriced as compared to other places, so basically you are paying even more after discount at izen, what you would have without discount at other places.
My doctor also was not very happy with the quality of reports.
had to get the test redone from another centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ambience , clean hygienic fragrant and asthetic imaging centre , place where u wont feel sick ? or troubled if you have come for a test rather the place is bright n COLOR with asthetic architecture lightning , fall ceiling , decorative and corporate sofas plus to my personal finding washroom was clean at the time of my visit . I went for HSG TEST for which I was paranoid , scared, dreadful and hand tons of worry that how will I pass it n still get result of test . Dr KHUSHBOO LIKE A SHINING STAR ? AND MY SAVIOUR ADDRESSED MY WORRIES and told it LL take a sedation/ anesthesia for 10 mints whichever the process is ON and I’ll doze off into deep sleep ? and wake right after 1o mint from the procedure gets over . IT HAPPENED EXACTLY SO ... I was relieved as if a burden lifted from my chest !!! I had test done ✅ without feeling it lyk a hospital ? and test HSG went butter smooth . Post that I was free n visited mall and had my day like any regular day .
IZEN IS THE BEST FOR PAINLESS HSG TEST 10/10 I recommend, leave your worries , let loose your shoulders , you are covered and will have a carefree ?♀️ experience! Take my word n get your HSG TEST HERE if that’s your loookout !!

Staff is very polite and guides you through the route as well. The space is well organised and technicians are well trained. Quite affordable with the pricing as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Center is new and the Doctors are very nice. But the staff if least bothered about the patients. They can keep you waiting and keep sending other patients inside even if you have an appointment. Hate to do this but has to walk out because of the ignorance of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time i went to the clinic and the worst experience ever. Will never go or recommend someone. The staff is too much rude. Specially the old man at the reception. I booked my appointment 30 mins before leaving my home and some lady booked my appointment and told me to arrive on time. When i arrived at the clinic then this old man tells me that there is no doctor available for the test. I asked the reason and then he tells that you should first confirm before leaving your house. I told him that i had an appointment on time and I confirmed 30 mins before only. On that he says that this is not his problem and there was no patient so doctor left the clinic and This is the customers problem and i should confirm the clinic every 5 minutes. I was so disappointed and i went to another clinic. This attitude of staff makes the system so much unprofessional, annoying and waste of customers time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Izen team is awesome. I’ve never had to wait more (sometimes exceptional) than a few minutes when I arrive on time as per the appointment scheduled. Dr khushboo is very friendly and professional. She gives the scan results on the same day. I strongly recommend her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Izen for MRI which costed me 8k and lasted from 30 min. I wasn't sure if it takes 30 min for MRI but their representatives shared the reason. Overall this imaging centre is clean, enough sitting space, it was not crowded when we visited. Overall experience was ok.
