★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic and unprofessional service. Have to call them constantly for reports, they don't bother to call on their own. Their charges are higher than the rest of reputed labs and on top of that you deal with unresponsive and lying staff.
Please teach some manners to your staff that you just showed here. After i posted the review the dealing lady had this to say before blocking my no -"But agar ek report late ho gyi uske liye aapne hungama kar diya.Aap jaise log kya hai jinhe bilkul bhi patience nhi"
So much for customer service! Please send me my bills which i am asking for the third time.
