★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect pgs for both girls and boys. They provide 3 meals a day. This is newly built place and the place is pretty neat and clean. The rent is within the budget located opposite Katra pg. The location is prime as its near market and collage. They have lots of other facilities like 24 hours running water, free WiFi, RO drinking water, washing machine, first aid and much more.

2. Easy to commute, walking distance from south delhi major markets
3. The food is so good and for three times a day.
4. If you are a working professional, they will pack your lunch without any additional cost.
5. Rooms are spacious with all the required furniture.
6. We can access the terrace whenever we want.
7. Washing Machine was also provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience... dirty bathrooms and unhygienic conditions. Food is having some vim like taste and no geyser available. Also you have to pay extra if you need any blankets. Never go here!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently joined here. All workers are cooperative. Owner is cooperative even if you fail to pay on time, he gives 7 days time to pay.
No additional payment apart from electricity and rent (living+food).
People who lived here are also cooperative.
Will edit this after some time of more experience.
