★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had scoped out architecture services for our new house to this firm. We were extremely unpleased with their work and professionalism. We ended up chosing an exterior architecture design of the house on our own and this firm just made slight modifications to our design. With the interior space management, we had to assist in giving all the major inputs. Their service was extremely poor. Money for the service was taken from us well in advance prior to delivering the work in completion. Work was not rendered in complete and just patial scope was executed whilst full payment had been taken from us in advance. As far as communication was concerned, we had to reach out to Akriti Architecture & Builders firm on numerous occasions only to be not given any prompt and adequate response. Our calls and texts were ignored most of the times and when the calls were ever attended, we were dealt with utter rudeness, aggressive behaviour and irresponsible attitude. We will highly discourage working with this firm as they are not at all professional and tend to not give any weightage to customer satisfaction. It becomes tiresome and ridiculous for the customer to get bare minimum service from this firm.
