I am resident in this society for last 5 years and quite happy ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located amazingly with stores, 24*7 cabs, autos just steps away. Good schools and hospitals within 3-4 km radius. Upcoming metro station is just 2.5kms. It’s a nice peaceful society to live with your family with greenery all around. Good to stay around if you have a kid with open spaces to walk and play. 24*7 water and electricity back up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great place to live with your family in Ananth Nagar. Flats are good & comfortable with no walls are common amongst individual flats. Good corridor to have quick Walks whenever you need during lockdown.
My kids do enjoy playing with so many other kids in the play ground here. The campus is maintained with good enough security at the entrance gates. With a well developed market in Ananth Nagar, everything is available at a walking distance, including quick home deliveries.

If u have any plan of buying or getting on rent please please please take care and dont go with this people...

There are lots of issues
1. Cleanliness
2. Water
3. Lift
4 Dogs
5 electricity
6 maintenance
I was just adjusting with all but suddenly there was issue where earthing was in tap water because water was getting dribble in MCB.
Mcb dropped for more then 24hours
No one turned back
I have complained in what's up group then some what half work got done.. Half work was not there for 2 days so I again msged in whatsapp so they cut the electricity for whole night I am having 2 kids one 7 year old abd other 5 months only..

Both the Land owners and Builders are fake. Please don't fall in this trap. Few flats they will show you and you may like them but to not risk your hard earned money and time, I just want to mention they will not provide you documents even on the last minute because they don't have them. They cancelled on us after we had submitted the booking amt cheque, lucky us that it was future dated. The OC is pending for the last 10+ years now. The construction is going on for last 7+ years. Registration/Mutation out of imagination. 5 floors are already old and rusted. Poor construction. You will get better options. Do not go ahead with this.
