They are giving good quality of home at best price and amenities with excellent infrastructure. Even I am referring my friends to purchase flats in Ramky.

Ramky Estates were always known from their premium quality infrastructure and safety while building projects. It is yet another reason to buy a flat there other than the fact that the flats are available at affordable rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open space and facilities for outdoor sports like tennis, football are one of the unique in electronic city.
Greenery surrounding the property is also very good.
Visiting it for checking progress of project is itself very refereshing with prescense of coconut and mango trees around the enterance.
I would recommend every house buyer to visit the property atleast once !!
I happy to book a flat here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment in electronic city phase1. Good place to enjoy luxury life. It's nearby to upcoming metro station. Inside they are making lot of sports amenities which every kids love!!! Compared to other apartments in & around electronic city i haven't seen any builders offering these facilities apart from Ramky one karnival with this budget. I had a site visit last week & i have booked mine. So, I would advise people to go for it.
