★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Construction Delayed, They had promised to give in Feb 2021. They have only made the basement. I don't think they will complete in time. I think it will go on till Dec 2022 or 2023 . Yet another delayed project. Has any of their project ever completed in time. I have not seen any progress after COVID lockdown. Planning to meet Sukesh Jain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with the Customer Relationship Manager. Please DO NOT FALL INTO HONEY TRAPS of free gifts. I am repenting on my decision of falling into it. They don't fulfil it on the said time. I purchased the house during Iphone 13 offer its been 3 months since I have made the booking and still not got the phone. The CRM has stopped answering my calls as well. No worth of the words they speak. Don't believe the Sales Reps / CRMs.
